From the time that she joined TDC in 1985, Ms. Irish has been responsible for all finance and accounting activities of TDC's projects including acquisitions and dispositions, as well as the daily cash management, accounting and legal, partnership, and office administration functions.  Ms. Irish has been active in commercial real estate for more than 40 years.  Before joining TDC, she spent six years as Vice President of Westgroup, Inc., a developer and manager of office buildings and hotels.  In the course of her career Ms. Irish has negotiated in excess of $3,000,000,000 in loans and joint ventures with a roster of lenders that includes Bank of the West, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo Bank, Citicorp Real Estate, Inc., Prudential Insurance, Security Pacific National Bank, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association, the AFL-CIO, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, the Public Employees Retirement System of the State of Ohio, New York Life Insurance and Lincoln National Life.  She has been responsible for over 40 acquisition and disposition transactions involving in excess of $3,000,000,000 of real estate. 

Ms. Irish is a CPA and holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.  She is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
