		6.1-acre land lease under 989 E. Hillsdale Boulevard, a 4-story, 140,000 square foot Class A office building.  Lessee:  Hudson Metro Center LLC, an affiliate of Hudson Pacific Properties.
		0.9-acre land lease under 999 E. Hillsdale Boulevard, a 5,600 square foot retail bank branch.  Lessee:  Wells Fargo Bank.
