TDC operates today based upon the principles and ethics imbued in the firm by its founder, Shurl Curci. During his 60+ years in the industry, Mr. Curci was one of the most notable independent developers/investors in commercial real estate in the U.S. With a keen eye for site selection, he developed large, multi-use properties and single-building trophy assets. His track record in real estate was embodied in a personal philosophy that was uniquely long-term in an industry often focused on short-term results.
