Mr. Irish has been active in commercial real estate since 1982, joining TDC in 1988.  As president, he is responsible for directing the company's strategic acquisition, disposition and property leasing decisions.  He has completed more than $4 billion in investment sales and acquisitions for TDC, including spearheading the firm's $525,000,000 UPREIT transaction with Spieker Properties.  Mr. Irish heads up TDC's overall operations, and is the primary liaison for the company's major tenants.

Prior to working at TDC, Mr. Irish marketed properties in the San Francisco Bay area for a real estate management firm before joining Cushman & Wakefield, becoming one of that company's top agents within two years. 

A Michigan native, Mr. Irish graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
